These terms apply when you book a consultation or receive scalp micropigmentation treatment from Elite SMP. Please read them carefully.

About These Terms

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Elite SMP and any client who books a consultation or receives a scalp micropigmentation treatment. By booking with us, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@elitesmp.co.uk before proceeding.

Bookings and Consultations

Initial consultations are free of charge and carry no obligation. During your consultation, we will discuss your goals, assess your suitability for SMP and explain the treatment process. If you choose to proceed, a treatment booking will be arranged.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments without sufficient notice may result in the loss of your deposit. To reschedule, please contact us by phone, text, WhatsApp or email.

Treatment Consent

Before any treatment begins, you will be asked to complete a consent form. This includes providing relevant medical history, confirming you have no allergies or conditions that may affect the treatment and acknowledging the risks and limitations of scalp micropigmentation. A patch test may be recommended in certain cases. Treatment cannot proceed without a signed consent form.

Aftercare Responsibility

Following your treatment, you will receive detailed aftercare instructions. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions to protect your results and support proper healing. Elite SMP cannot guarantee specific outcomes if aftercare advice is not followed. If you have any concerns during the healing process, please contact us for guidance.

Results and Expectations

Scalp micropigmentation is a cosmetic treatment, not a medical one. Results vary from person to person depending on factors such as skin type, hair loss pattern and the condition of the scalp. During your consultation, we will set realistic expectations and discuss what SMP can achieve for your individual situation. SMP does not cure hair loss conditions and is not a substitute for medical treatment. Touch-up sessions may be needed over time to maintain the appearance of the treatment.

Liability

Elite SMP carries appropriate professional liability insurance for all treatments performed. While we take every care to deliver safe, high-quality treatments, we cannot accept liability for results that fall outside realistic expectations set during the consultation, or for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare advice or from undisclosed medical conditions.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment or experience, please contact us at info@elitesmp.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly and fairly. We aim to respond to all complaints within five working days.
